We’ve tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as clear as possible, and give you all the information we can about your online transactions so that you completely understand the whole process, from order to delivery and beyond.  It’s really important to us that your experience using our site is enjoyable and safe, so please spend a few minutes and read on. You’ll need to accept our T’s & C’s every time you make a purchase – they might change from time to time, so please do check the Date of Last Update below.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By using and accessing our website, aircraftvacuums.com (collectively referred to as the “Site” or “AirCraft Home” in these Terms of Service), you (“you”, “user” or, “end user”) agree to these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”).

You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, create derivate work from, sell or re-sell any content or information obtained from or through the Site.

Third-party Sites.
The Site may contain links to other websites maintained by third-parties. These links are provided solely as a convenience and does not imply endorsement of, or association with, the party by AirCraft Home.

Modifications to this Agreement.
AirCraft Home reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications to this Agreement will constitute acknowledgment of the modified Terms of Service and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.

Termination of Use.
AirCraft Home shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend, in its discretion, your access to all or part of the Site with or without notice for any reason.

Limitation of Liability.
In no event shall AirCraft Home or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the content and other information obtained therein.

Certain jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, thus the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service and/or any use by you of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein.

TERMS OF SALE

We reserve the right to reject any orders at our discretion without liability to you, for example: if products listed on our site become unavailable or contain pricing or description errors; if we do not receive payment authorisation; if shipping restrictions apply.

AirCraft Home Ltd shall under no circumstances be held liable for any losses to specific circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profits, damage or property, or wasted expenditure.

We take every care to ensure that descriptions and specifications of its products are correct within the website. Whilst ensuring that colour reproduction of images is close to reality, we do not guarantee perfect accuracy and do not accept responsibility for colour variation caused by computers and/or browsers. We reserve the right to change product specifications, prices, packaging and any related service at any time, without prior notice.

You may cancel your order anytime before the order has reached our distribution warehouse. We would then refund you the amount paid for the product, except any handling and logistics costs. After that time, cancellations made through refusal of delivery will be liable to delivery and return costs.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change the delivery address, phone numbers or other pertinent information. Such changes are subject to approval by us and may incur additional costs.

A contract between you and AirCraft Home Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once we confirm your order by e-mailing you to confirm your order has been accepted. The contract will be deemed to have been formed and the confirmation deemed to have been given to you as soon as you are able to access the message, whether or not you actually received that message. The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

DELIVERY

We do not accept liability for delays in delivery caused by third-party courier/delivery companies.

Failed deliveries: We reserve the right to charge for redelivery if an item is returned to us due to failed delivery, where delivery is attempted in accordance with tracking details.

Item not received: In relation to items dispatched with all of our couriers, we will always require 72 working hours to investigate a claim of an undelivered item with them. We thank you for your understanding.

Please notify us within 72 hours of dispatch if an item has not been received. Please note, couriers  have a window for investigations and any claims raised after that time may be rejected.

Payment of duties and other charges for delivery outside the UK

AirCraft are not responsible for duties and other charges when ordering from outside the UK, and the buyer remains responsible for paying any additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

RETURNS POLICY

Following the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order as long as you tell us that you wish to return any goods purchased online, within 14 days of receipt. You then have another 14 days after you inform us to return the items to us. A re-stocking fee of £6.99 per order applies. Distance Selling / Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to goods purchased and paid for in person, for example at an exhibition, show or shop, including where items have been delivered to you thereafter. The goods must be in ‘as new’ condition and returned unopened, in the original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories received with it. The product must be in perfect condition and unused. You are responsible for the condition of your goods until they reach us, so please pack your items carefully to prevent damage in transit. Opened, used, worn, damaged or incomplete returns will not be eligible for a refund, and may be returned to you. Consumable items such as batteries and spare parts are not eligible for return once used. Shipping fees will be excluded from any such refunds.

In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, we try to make our returns or repair service as smooth as possible. If a fault with your new product occurs (and is verified) within its guarantee period (12 months from purchase date) we will offer you a prompt repair service, an exchange (within 30 days of purchase only), or send replacement part(s), at our sole discretion. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify any fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, although we may be able to repair such items for a pre-arranged fee (please email us to obtain a quote). Consumable items such as spare parts are not eligible for return once used. Items sold on this website are intended for consumer use and are not for resale. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our returns policy applies only to brand new items, and excludes ex-display, refurbished and used items. Guarantees are not transferable.

In all cases we will require sight of a valid Proof of Purchase, and the product serial number.

If you would like to contact us in relation to a return, please send us a message at support@aircraftvacuums.com, including full details of where and when you purchased your appliance, attaching your Proof of Purchase and quoting serial number, and anything else that might help us resolve your issue. We will always do our very best to help.
