- Our appliances (hard floor and multi-surface cleaners) are sent next working day providing we’ve received your order before 1pm.
- All parts (spares and accessories) are sent using a 2-3 working day service.

Additional Information
We aim to despatch any orders received on a working day within 24 hours, for delivery within the UK within 24-48 working hours, or 3-5 working days for accessories and spare parts. In extreme circumstances, if a product is not available, you must agree to accept a full refund for the price of your item and shipping, provided that nothing was shipped to you in that order.
Please contact support@aircraftvacuums.com as soon as possible if you wish to change the delivery address, phone numbers or other pertinent information. Such changes are subject to approval by AirCraft Home and may incur additional costs.
We do not accept liability for delays in delivery caused by third-party courier/delivery companies.
Payment of duties and other charges for delivery outside the UK
AirCraft are not responsible for duties and other charges when ordering from outside the UK, and the buyer remains responsible for paying any additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
