We aim to despatch any orders received on a working day within 24 hours, for delivery within the UK within 24-48 working hours, or 3-5 working days for accessories and spare parts. In extreme circumstances, if a product is not available, you must agree to accept a full refund for the price of your item and shipping, provided that nothing was shipped to you in that order.
